Swag 003 - Resin Applique for Furniture & Crafts is a romantic floral swag with soft bow details, perfect for adding that classic French “draped garland” look to your furniture and décor. Use it on its own over a drawer, cupboard door or mirror, or pair it with Drop 001 (as shown in the example image) to create a full floral festoon with tails.

Because the swag and drops are purchased separately, you can keep things simple with just the swag, or build a bigger, more dramatic arrangement by adding matching drops in the size you need.

Styling Tips:

• Create a romantic French dresser by placing the swag above a central drawer and painting everything in a soft neutral. Add a gentle wash of a slightly deeper colour so the paint settles into the floral crevices.
• For a storybook toy box or blanket box, place the swag on the front panel and pair with Drops 001 at each end to create a full garland. Paint in a pretty pastel, then lightly dry-brush Old White over the raised flowers.
• Want subtle shimmer? Once painted and waxed, tap a tiny amount of Copper or Silver Gilding Wax just on the bow centres and highest petals to echo your handles or hinges.
• Swags are also gorgeous above a bedhead, across the top of a mirror, or on the front of a console table to soften strong lines and make a piece feel more vintage.
